Dr. Lee at the Banfield location in Daly City saw my 15yr old Shih-Tzu, which was coming in for an appointment regarding his dental disease. After reviewing my dog, she recommended that I put him to SLEEP, meanwhile she was not even a dental surgeon and could not provide me with any information as to if he was in pain or suffering!! I'm so grateful to Dr Chen, on how she treat my almost 13 years old boy, Wolfie. He had a "minor procedure" yesterday. Today he is doing well. She is an excelent vet and is very sweet with the people.
