There wellness plan is a scam because they pitch it like it is an insurance plan.. they charged me for things I didn't as for and scammed me for months. DO NOT GO THERE.
MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT!
I've always loved Banfield but the most visit was a major disappointment when we realized that after spending $600 for medicine for both our dogs, Tango & Onyx, that ALL the medication prescribed to us was out of date.
