After having to put my dog to sleep after confirming that she was riddled with tumors in her liver and spleen, realize that the many years of paying for their wellness plan and staunch and endless upselling during EVERY visit was a lengthy (yrs long) waste of money. Where do I start, horrible office staff. SARAH definitely ruined our experience. First I have 3 doggies, these babies are my life. I have had them 10-15 years. I started with the banfield pet program a couple years ago, started out good until my favorite vet left. Then the staff lost my 1st babies labs which I had been waiting to see if he had cancer or a serious problem in this huge growth.
