I will not ever be taking my ESA back to Banfield Pet Hospital. Airlines require a specific form be filled out. We travel frequently, at least 6 times per year. They refused to fill out the paperwork that states that she has rabies shots, even though she got it at that location 3 months ago. They demanded that I pay for another physical or exam every time this paperwork has to be filled out. I find it disrespectful and abusive. I am extremely disappointed in the greedy mindset of this alleged pet hospital!

ALL THINGS CONSIDERED....THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE RUN INTO THIS PROBLEM. YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS....MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT! I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU!

I can finally sit and write about my sweet Oreo. For close to 13 years we have been going to Banfield, and I want to thank you all, especially Dr. Arenas for your kindness always but especially my sweet Oreo's last moments. The card with his paw print and lock of hair was incredibly touching, but the card with condolences signed by all that was super thoughtful. Thank you for making such a sad moment a little less heavy!
Every time I come in here, no matter what the visit is for, I am always welcomed by smiles and hellos. The staff here is amazing! Keep up the good work guys :) Dr. Eberlein is amazing!!!!
I love the fact that they don't take my pet away to the back to do simple tests. All the vets I've ever been to have always taken my pet away to the back to draw blood or to take their tempature. I never liked that. Plus the entire staff has been AMAZING and they've never tried to "sell" anything to me, other than what my pet needed. They even called me the very next day to see how my pet was doing! I would recommend Banfield of Lawrenceville to any of my friend/family in need of a vet.
