They been taking money off my card for my dogs wellness plan but telling me they not receiving they payments. That’s all they’re about is money don’t care if ya let lives or dies
My poor puppy was put in a cage for over five hours. I have been calling Banfield all day just to be put on hold. I had to get my husband to call ticket any information about her. They didn’t even do anything they were supposed to do for the appointment. When My husband went to pick her up she was traumatized crying the whole way home. Tracy, at the front desk, is a nightmare to work with. Loved the docs there but dealing with the front desk staff who act like you owe them for their existence makes it not worth it at all. Disappointed is an understatement.
If you sign up for the wellness plan, it’s impossible to cancel. I have contacted the corporate office to cancel and corporate told me to call the local hospital. The local hospital told me to call corporate. I have left several messages this week and now currently been on hold for an hour and a half with the corporate office. This is extreme unprofessional.
We took our dog Dee for his 2nd rabies after adoption (the 1st provided by the Rescue gave him no trouble) and had to return because of a violent reaction then were given a bill for almost $400. We took my daughter's dog a 15-17 yr old (we are pet sitting) today over concern for her eye. After being told she has end stage glaucoma we were offered an additional $100 worth of tests. The staff at Banfield Hilltop is top notch. They take the utmost care with our two pugs. You can tell they legitimately care about the welfare of our boys. So awesome!
I love this place, we pass two others just to come here, the people have been great to our little dog..I have no complaints at all. I love all the staff... Chewy sends his love ya'll....
