I love this place, we pass two others just to come here, the people have been great to our little dog..I have no complaints at all. I love all the staff... Chewy sends his love ya'll....:-)
I want to take a moment to express my displeasure with your location. The other day I had called because my dog had explosive diarrhea for two days. Your receptionist said that she'd have to talk to the doc to see if she could be seen that day. Because I have never been to your facility, I was then told that I'd have to wait three weeks for her to have an initial check up. Although she's up to date on all of her stuff. This is the most amazing pet hospital I've ever been in. We rescued my dog buddi after he was hit by a car and attacked by multiple other dogs. He had never received any form of vaccinations or treatment in his 3 years of living. We were so saddened and instantly after rescuing him, we came to pet smart for things we needed, as his rescue was unexpected.
