Just saw a Facebook post on Dr. Heidi -- I would say it's time for her to go!! Come on Banfield- take some responsibility here---that poor animal-- lucky it's not mine or I would not stop fighting until that vet lost her license -- they don't have a voice but we do-- I hope this patient fights and wins!!
I am very concerned about taking my dogs in now as my vet has gone from Dr Robinson to Dr Burris. We have only seen her I believe once or twice and it was just for a routine checkup. The last time we did go, our dog was taken back for blood work and I heard someone yell "STOP IT!" Of course my dogs freak when they do these things so I wouldn't be surprised if it was my dog getting yelled at.
