I had a terrible first experience with this Banfield. They told me my cats were difficult and "mean" (and everyone at my old Banfield in Virginia loved them) and refused to take their decal exams. In subsequent visits they continued to fail to do their fecal exams and routinely sent me home to give them the anti-parasite medication. We ( my husband and I) dropped off our 9 year old dog here today for what was supposed to be a 2 hour xray. When we called them 5 hours later (to find out what was taking so long) we were told she had not even been seen yet. We immediately were concerned because our dog suffers from anxiety issues. Also she had no food or pain medication in her system. We drove down to pick her up right away. When we got there the vet tech gave us her harness and started laughing saying she chewed through it.
