They are hit and miss..unfortunately we are trapped in a wellness plan..you have to stay on top of them to actually give results back if you have them sent out for a specialist consult. Once our wellness plan runs out we will explore our options. Also the techs have access to email so when you think your talking to the vet you may not be : | update we where so put off with the customer service and trapped in a plan we didn’t use their services even while paying for it till the contract ran out. We recently adopted possibly the sweetest cat in existence from YW. I took him to Banfield for his post adoption exam because I had a coupon for a free first visit. The vet quickly spotted that my new baby has been suffering from severe dental issues. During his teeth cleaning they found several teeth that need to be pulled, and were able to schedule it within a week. The staff has been so kind to both me and my kitty. Staff very supportive and empathetic when we took our sick kitteh there. Kitteh is doing better and we feel better too.
We took our boxer here for years. They were always the best when it came to taking care of him. He had a lot of allergies and other medical issues when we got him as a pup, so we were in there pretty often. They always worked with our schedule and Xavier was actually always happy to see the staff. They did such a great job for us we just started taking our new puppy there as well. Wouldn't think of taking a pet anywhere else.
