I know I'm paying more, but I'm getting what I'm paying for. The staff was amazing, our vet was knowledgeable about a niche breed, and they went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable with the schedule and price for my greyhound's dental deep clean. I was thrilled with the service and the way the vet worked with my senior dog.
I took my cat there because she was really sick. She was to sick to be helped so we tried to put her down. I didn't have any money on me and they wouldn't go on and put her to sleep because I didn't have money and the "couldn't" bill me. so I had to sign a paper saying I abandoned her so she could be put out of her misery. I couldn't be with her when they put her down either. Absolutely ridiculous. Sorry not every one can just crap 1000 dollars!!!

The staff are always so nice and patient when we bring our dog Teddy in. Teddy can be a handful but they do a great job with him.
I absolutely love the staff! Dr. Elder, Octavia, Diamond, Dottie and everyone else there have been so great!
The staff at Banfield has been great. We take all our animals to them. Sometimes for routine visits others times for something more difficult, no matter why we're there everyone is great. One very special lady is Dottie, she has always been so helpful and wonderful to our entire family (human and fur baby's)
