I do not recommend this vet clinic. I made our appointment online for 2:30pm. When you schedule the appointment online you have to put what your animal is being seen for. We arrived about 2:15, 15minutes prior to the appointment. While we got checked in the vet tech asked what our dog was being seen for and we clearly stated that he needs a flea and tick treatment, a fecal exam, vaccines up to date, and his nails trimmed. She said ok and started promoting a monthly plan that we could sign up on. I did not sign up on the plan... read more

Morgan Bernal, DVM, first off. Like maybe second day on the job. Moved here from Washington State. Blood work, all new shots for Goliath. Antibiotics for his broken nail that was bleeding. signed me up for the basic pet health plan + castration. Almost done and she needed to talk to me. Goliath has high creatine levels, early sign of kidney failure. Positive for heartworm so the most effective treatment with kidney issues, not viable. The staff and Dr. Newcomb were awesome! They were great with our big, little girl Astra!
The entire staff if friendly and will tell you what’s wrong with your animal in our terms instead of doctors yes.
Takes care of my dogs. My dogs actually enjoy seeing their staff. Greet my dogs by name every time we walk in
I love this place! I take all three of my dogs there. The staff is so nice.
We had a kitten get very sick on a Sunday and they were the closest vet open. Our normal vet, Woodstock, isn't open on Sundays. Today we had to take her and her mom back because she got worse, and because of a miscommunication, we were told the bill would be $72 more than we were expecting. I was VERY upset. The vet and staff were SO nice, they took off the extra vet visit fees that were originally not communicated to me.
