Not very good listener to patients comes in for 5 minutes and rushes out before you can explain you issues. He just makes or comes to own diagnosis very quickly without you opinions
I am sure Dr. Smith is a good doctor. In fact my wife has been seeing him for year which I why I chose him. The problem is getting in to see him. 3 month waits, 3 week waits, 2 week waits. I needed clearance to get a dental procedure done. I was on pain meds and antibiotics to knock out an infection. Dr. Smith's office didn't have anything for a full week. So they expected me to deal with a toothache for another 7 days. I felt no empathy from the person I spoke to. No concessions were attempted. I guess he's such a good doct... read more
