1. I was a new patient. Physician had clearly read my records and was informed. He was very friendly and the visit was not rushed.2. I didn't mind the wait time in the exam room, but it was very cold in there so I got chilled and it seemed longer than it was.3. The physician was attentive and discussed what I thought were "options" so I was surprised that in the end meds and tests were ordered that I felt I had heard mentioned, but had not really consented to. I'm more used to having the power of "yay" or "nay."
