Always on time and very knowledgeable what she is doing

It seems only satisfied People feel out reviews. I am in unsatisfied patient. My appointment was at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Dr. Smith spent maybe 10 minutes with me and told me he could fix my complaint. He then left the room telling me he would be right back. Another hour past a nurse came in and gave me a sheet of paper and told me the office was closing and I would have to make another appointment . This is a no star situation..
