Used to come here all the time as I hang out in Phillies. Gotta say they have the best Thai Milk Tea by far. However, the staff and customer service here have gone downhill lately. The staff taking orders gave me attitudes twice and she wasn’t professional in the way she taking orders. Never had any problems with Bambu (at Whitaker Ave) before. But now more issues with them happened everytime me and my friends came here. The young girl taking orders really had attitude problems. She never cracked a smile or had warm welcome towards customers. The quality is getting worse. The amount of "less iced large" Thai tea is ridiculously too low. Why I have to pay more money for the same amount of medium cup? How much they can save to fill up a full cup? It is technically only milk and tea. Back then, I either order... read more
I love this place so much,compared to other places in south philly, omg ! the desert in here a thousand times better than one in south philly.........
We has da Thai ice Tea Bubble is Tasteless & da Bubble are still raw in da middle. dats was First and Last time....!!
