Living at Balsa Apartment has been a great experience, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. I can’t speak highly enough of this building… first, management are fantastic. So helpful and available, and they have such an attention to detail. The building is spotlessly clean, beautiful and brand new. I think there was a tenant in my unit prior to my move in (building finished 07/2024 I think) but I couldn’t tell given how clean it was. Marcus was AMAZING! We so enjoyed our tour of Balsa and learning of all this property has to offer! Marcus was engaging, knowledgeable, friendly, and is clearly amazing at his job! This luxury apartment would be an incredible place for anyone to live! Balsa apartment is located in a convenient place. The building and facilities are pretty new. The apartment management and staff are so professional and nice. Marcus, Krista, Komi… are lovely.
Out of every apartment complex I have ever lived in, which has been 3 now, Balsa is hands down the best place I have ever lived, and trust me I have had terrible experiencing in past complexes due to poor management. I actually signed my lease here without visiting first and my fingers crossed, that was one of the best decisions I have EVER made!
