Its a very clean and tranquil place. Did not have an issue with the smell in the water when I moved in. Things work as the should in a transparent manner. The gym is more than sufficient and its clean

The living experience here has been wonderful. The studio I am staying in is spacious. The design of both my room and the whole building is very chic. The people here are very nice as well. There is a very popular bakery right across the street and a nice supermarket nearby. Thanks to Jeremiah for all the help and support!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. A pipe ruptured above my unit, dumping water all over my apartment, bed, and belongings. I wasn’t compensated for the damage or time I had to spend living in a smaller model unit. Additionally, as other reviews have noted, the tap water is periodically putrid and sulfuric. I was told this issue had been resolved prior to my signing a lease, but this was blatantly false. I also want to caution against this property's lack of transparency regarding its many fees, including a $500 "admin" fee and $225 amenity ... read more
