If this is how my experience will go every time I go to Ballwin Dental Care, I will be very satisfied!! Everyone was very professional and very approachable.
I can't imagine how Ballwin Dental Care could possibly be better than they already are. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. They are always prompt to start your appointment right when it is actually scheduled. Once inside, they are thorough and use the most high tech dental tools and techniques. I recently started going to Ballwin Dental Care. I needed extensive work. The staff is very welcoming and works hard to find appointments to meet your schedule. I had several 7 pm appointments on Monday nights that were very convenient since I teach during the day. I had Dr. Kim. She is friendly, efficient, and was concerned about my wants/needs for my dental plan. Today. I needed an emergency appointment to fix a filling that fell out. Ballwin Dental is best dentist we have been to. They are always friends, smiling and know our names when we come in. Everyone always has a pleasant attitude towards myself and my kids. And they listen and get to the bottom of the problem.
Thank you all for lifting my spirits and solving the problem. I suffered with dental pain for over a week and needed a second opinion. Dr. Kim and her assistant listened , checked and discussed the problem with me. I look forward to healing and working with them.
