Great, friendly staff! They cater to you and accommodate all of your needs/wants to their best ability. All of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and that you never leave unhappy. Years ago I chipped my front tooth and had a filling that was becoming discolored, I wanted my tooth fixed for my wedding but didn’t have insurance. So, I broke a tooth on a friday afternoon. I came back from lunch and was talking to a coworker about breaking my tooth at lunch. He goes to Ballwin dental, HIGHLY recommended them. He even called the office for me, told them he had a coworker needing to see a dentist asap. He then handed me the phone, and on a friday late afternoon, the office girl was SO helpful, offered to see me that afternoon yet if I could get off work, which I could not, then set me up to come in the next day morning. As always, everyone at the office was very friendly, courteous & professional. Tiffany is always a treat to visit with. What a memory she has! I always feel relaxed & know that I’m getting good care. Dr. Kim is also great. I’m fortunate in that I have not had to experience her expertise, but feel that I would also be in good hands should I need dental work.
Everyone in this office is very helpful. It is a pleasant experience to go to the dentist here!
Ballwin Dental Care is absolutely the best! The entire team is friendly, welcoming, professional and provides a very high standard of care. I recently lost a tooth because it was cracked. I opted for an implant. Now I am in the process of getting an implant crown. I am really looking forward to having my tooth back. Thanks Dr Kim!
