I recently started the process of getting an implant and I couldn't be happier with my choice of dentist! I was very nervous and anxious about each step but from the initial surgery through placing the implant post everything has gone exactly as Dr. Su said it would. He explained every step so thoroughly and showed me diagrams of what was to happen and took ample time for me to ask questions like I was the only patient he had. Our family has been to 5 different private-practice dentists in Seattle and I rate Dr. Su's office as the highest. I am a very demanding client with a dentist; the place needs to be spotless with updated equipment, the Dr. a true technical expert who does not suggest unnecessary work, the hygienist one who understands pain, and the admin. staff careful with insurance and billing. Bradly is always funny and attentive to my needs while I am in the chair. The whole staff is great and Dr Su makes me feel like i am the only patient in the office when he sits and talks to me about my teeth and my health Thanks a bunch!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Su's for almost 5 years now and can't say enough good things about him and his staff at Ballard Family Dentistry. I came to them with a mouthful of trouble. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and had numerous fillings that were in need of repair/replacement.
