I have had an amazing experience with several purchases made here. The most important purchase of which was our engagement ring and wedding band. Yvette's engagement ring is absolutely gorgeous.
I went there to get a ring designed for myself as I've heard they're the best in quality. I dealt with Guy Ballard and we were able to design the perfect ring for myself including all my favorite stones. The inlay job was perfect and we were able to put my family crest on it too, which I didn't think was possible. I would definitely go back again and send friends looking for something unique. Ballard and Ballard is quality work that everyone should check out. I love my ring that was made especially for me.
I had originally bought a ring somewhere else. However when we came in and saw just how amazing Glenn was at designing a ring, I took the other one back. Awesome service and just a great experience all around. Thanks!
