I had an old piece of jewelry from the 70's, with sentimental value, repaired. They were able to fix it for me. They did an excellent job. Thank you very much.
I have taken any number of items to them for repair. They are always accommodating and have made the repairs to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Very nice to work with
They are an excellent jeweler. We were introduced to them years ago through a friend when we were looking at wedding rings. They are professional, knowledgeable and trust worthy. I still love my wedding ring and have returned to them to resize my ring and repair another.
My wife and I were married in April of 2017. We were gone mostly travelling until August. When we finally had tome to come back in to the shop, four months after we were married, Glenn changed my wife's wedding ring mounts, and the band as we in its shape, and did it as part of the original charge. Glenn and Guy both do great work! If your looking for a jeweler who will make something the way you want, look no further!
Been looking around for a good jeweler near my house and was recommended by a friend to go to Ballard and Ballard. I am so glad I did. Guy Ballard helped me right away and talked me through everything allowing me to feel very comfortable when leaving my wedding ring in their hands. They are very professional and trustworthy, but most importantly AFFORDABLE! My all around experience was fantastic, so I definitely plan to use them for all my jewelry needs going forward!!!
