My daughter is a new patient she made her appointment in September but can't be seen till middle of January 2026. My daughter DOESN'T need to be hospitalized yet she struggles with her mental health and needs her medication. The wait time for an appointment regarding medication is ridiculous and then NOT adding her to a cancellation list automatically baffles me. Netrans was delayed in getting my brother to his appointment. We were literally 5-10 minutes past his appointment time getting here. This appointment had been rescheduled 2 times. My brother is handicapped in a nursing home and still would not see him. It is very challenging to get him to appointments because of this. Made no allowances for something beyond our control. Horrible customer service. Avoid them. Ballad needs a lesson in customer service. The Dr. is Scott Spraberry. It was his decision.
The staff there is really friendly!! I love my therapist and my med provider.
