Redicouls service. Got to the building 10 min early they handed me a huge packet to fill out which made me late because how big the packet was then they refused to see my daughter.
Do not attempt to go here. I waited for three months after they told me it would possibly be a month to a month and a half for a therapist. I understand that. I call them three times and leave a voicemail over three weeks during business hours and they can’t get back to you. I go in person to speak after three months trying to get an update and they tell me, “They are only taking on Ballad Health employees right now.” I understand that there are staff shortages everywhere.
