I had a very good first session with my therapist, Emily Newland. She was able to narrow down my broad diagnosis so that we could focus more closely to the issues I'm dealing with. I know that I've only seen her once but I was very impressed by her professionalism, listening skills, and her sincere concern for my needs to deal with my years of mental health suffering.
