Base on my experience at ball Mitsubishi at national city. i highly recommend the dealer for great service specially my sales specialist Lea Borck for taking care of me will all the question and concern of my first purchase of my new outlander sport. if i have to do it again, i will not hesitate. thank you!
By far the worst experience i have ever had in a dealership. The level of incompetence its just beyond anything I thought possible. After keeping me in there for 5 hours i walked out of there without a car. I kept on asking what the hold up was and they kept saying that it was just paper work but that i was already approved and even gave me the keys to the car. Turns out i was not approved and they were just having fun running my credit fishing for banks.
Very helpful, great people, didn't feel too pressured in choosing a car
