Is this the was to operate a business, harass a customer because they did not give a 5 star rating’s. I have worked for Quirk in Mass and he would have fired me no questions asked. This is the respect you get for spending $70,000.00 on a GM product, I know GM has higher standards than this when it comes to their dealerships!
RecommendedBalise service dept is best in the business, Joe Papa is one of the best, always a pleasure every time I need to go there, always has a solution and price is never excessive, highly recommend for all your Chevy needs

One of the reasons I bought my Chevy Cruze hatchback here in 2019 was they actually listened/helped rather than be super salesy like some other dealerships. And since then, when I’ve brought my car back in for service, they’ve been great. The deal and pre-sales I received was 5 stars (2021 Silverado) but the most important, IMO, post sales was a 0 star but they don't give that option. Went in and spoke with Dylan teixeira and was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. So if you are in the market for a new or used car or truck I would highly recommend him . The experience was the best I have had at a dealership in a long time .

I came here with my boyfriend to buy a F150 truck and the service was phenomenal! John and JP were great and clear with the car information!
