Brand new 2019 van. Was going for first oil change. Had an update for the nuvo and I asked about the windows locks. Took almost 4 hours for an oil change. Then when it came out they never even did the oil change I had to wait longer. Geniuses there.

Have trained sales people. Don't have the customer arrive and wait almost 2 hours to complete paperwork. Be more organized to complete the sale.
We went Monday night to test drive a new SUV and had Megan as our advisor. She was super friendly and had a pleasant and bubbly personality and was also very knowledgeable about her job and the vehicle. Any questions she answered right away and made the whole process super simple! We are absolutely loving our new car!
