Just purchased a 2013 Kia Optima from Balise Kia. Big thank you to Lyndsay Jose and the finance person for making the experience so smooth and so quick. I’ve been car searching for a month now. Found this car and within 48 hours I was driving home. Thanks guys. You guys have earned my business definitely coming back again :)

Would be nice if they could put some chairs outside for their service customers with compromised immune systems that can’t sit inside the germy waiting area. Guess I’ll have to sit in the dirt. Way to show you care.

takes over a month to get a service appointment (happened last two times). then you spend 1 hour 15 minutes while they do an oil change. sitting in the waiting area masked up while none of the employees wore masks. those that did did not wear over their nose or had hanging on their chin the entire time I was there. sign on door says everyone must mask. guess it doesn't apply to staff!!!! never going back again. will take the car 9else where.

Our new to us car got sent here back in March they had it for over two months when we finally got it back we sent it back a couple weeks later due to more issues. They have now had it 3 weeks, they ignore our phone calls & wont call the Warranty place to submit any information to them so we can get a rental. Very unprofessional.

This dealership is the worse. I been waiting for 5 months for them to fix my car. They didn’t gave me a rental or didn’t even offered one. I know now is a difficult time but this should of been done way before all this started. They kept telling us it’ll be fix in a week and we still waiting. Monday we called and find out they didn’t even had the motor. Went in to look at the new kias. I had a 2009 spectra so it's been a while since I bought a car. Megan greeted me outside and was immediately so helpful and pleasant. She made the entire process fun and easy! I did not feel pressured at any time. And felt like I was family! I would highly recommend megan to all friends and family.
