I went to Kia in west Springfield today and was looking to buy my own car in my name for the first time. When I was at Kia I came across Megan and she helped me with everything I need and more. I highly recommend going to Kia and looking for help through Megan because she was awesome and I’ll definitely come back to her if I need anything else!
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with the service dept. Purchased a vehicle in April, the car is currently at Kia for the fifth time for the same problem, each time leaving me stranded on the side of the road. That wouldn’t be so bad if their service manager ever answered the phone or returned phone calls. They had my car the last time for two months and I couldn’t get the service manager to call me back until I started sending in complaints to the corporate office.
