Worst base housing I've ever seen, managed by the most lazy and greedy folks I've seen. Prepare yourself for dilapidated homes from the 60's...lead paint, asbestos, the whole 9 yards... Maintenance takes their sweet time "repairing" any work orders that make it to them. Lightbulb burnt out? That'll be a week. The best part?? The cost! Balfour Beatty should be ashamed for charging folks what they do. My family was charged dependant rate housing for my unborn daughter...because "WE COULD AFFORD IT". Balfour Beatty Property Management has notoriously mismanaged property maintenance and has been negligent since it took over management of Key West Navy Housing at Sigsbee Navy Housing including Perry Court Apartments with so much mold and with lucrative government contracts being awarded to them. This is another example of Non-American Contracting Firms taking advantage of little oversight and bilking the American tax payer sending the proceeds overseas.
This company doesnt seem to be to big on taking care of certain responsibilities. I've been trying to get a few safety issues fixed and some of these have been over a year. Storage units havent been cleaned of debris in almost two years. They love handing out notices though. I recieved a notice for an untidy yard because my neighbors kids toys.
