Was looking for a salon near a wedding location and can across Balance. Hope did a beautiful job on my “trial” updo. Going back soon for the actual wedding day and looking forward to seeing Hope and her great talents!
Jacky from the West Chester location is amazing, and the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! She’s not only kind, but really knowledgeable about hair (especially curls) and talks you through each step. She always made sure I was comfortable and happy with the result. 10/10 would recommend. Her and the other ladies are basically sunshine.
My stylist was Ebony and she is amazing! my hair was horrible before seeing her. I told her I wanted a perm and she did it without trying to talk me out of it. She tried her best to prevent burning and she had a timer. I told her my horror stories dealing with other stylists doing my perm. She was fast, professional and friendly. She even gave me a wax and was gentle as could be. I met the owner and he was very nice. I will definitely be back again!
