I enjoy coming to Balance, it's such a beautiful space. Thomas has been taking care of me for many years, he is a master of color and will always go out of his way to make sure you are happy with your service!
I look FABULOUS! Sorry for the vanity. Whitney permed and colored my hair yesterday. She gave me a style that is on trend and easy to maintain. Whitney is resourceful when it comes to coloring. She helped me pick out a rinse for my hair that would compliment me. The end result turned out to be a FABULOUS transformation. Thanks Whitney!!!
I always feel fantastic when leaving here- it's like an oasis in my busy day. Friendly, welcoming staff, relaxing and upscale environment and of course a great cut and color! I've been very happy with the skin care services too. Best salon in the area!

Had an amazing experience. Was super happy I was able to be squeezed in quickly. An event came up unexpectedly and they were able to get me in and make me look fantastic for it. Other bright side was I was expecting to have to cut a majority of my hair off to be healthy again, nope just needed a conditioning treatment. Oh my god. I love the new cut. Than you balance!!!
I liked that the stylist who did my hair. She did exactly what I wanted. However I wasn't aware of the pricing differences. I went thinking I was going to pay around $30 or so for the cut since that is what the website said. But when I went to pay, was totally caught off guard with having to pay $65. Nothing was said about difference prices and that should be known before sitting in the chair I feel because that can really rub someone the wrong way
I went to Balance for the first time yesterday and let me just say my hair was a HOT MESS!! it had been probably a year since my last cut, and I was dry and frizzy as a tumbleweed in July. Jen completely transformed my hair with a great cut (no, insisting on straightening it like other places always do and no triangle shape fro) & she took the time to show me what products to use. This was the first time I ever left 100% happy after a cut. No more, well gee it'll grow out. Thanks Jen!!
