Hats off to Monica for the great cut and color yesterday.. I went in hating my limp boring hair and she brought it back to life...she is great with color!!!
New to Balance hair & spa and (I'll just say it) as someone who is very vain when it comes to her hair I couldn't have been more pleased with the services I received. Hope was wonderful!! This was hands down the best salon experience of my life. Ebony took the time to really get to know me in order to give me the color and style I wanted but couldn't put into words. She made the entire experience magical. We had real conversation, not just salon-small-talk. My color and cut are absolute perfection--I have more flexibility than I've ever had before or even knew was possible. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE AT THIS SALON!!!!!! I had a TERRIBLE haircut done by Sue who not only took off way more than I asked but gave me bangs I also didn’t ask for. I scheduled a sezanne treatment to straighten my hair since the cut was only slightly less terrible when it was straightened but being in college I couldn’t afford it so I cancelled and asked to speak with an owner about my horrible experience. Its nice to go to a place where you always feel welcome and relaxed! Thomas has been doing my hair for 15 years now and have always been happy with him! Highly recommend giving them a try if you are not lucky enough to already be a client
Rachel was amazing! I'm from out of state and just stopped in to see if they could help me out. Even though they were busy Rachel set me up to do my hair the next day. She is very professional and did a amazing job taking care of me. I highly recommend/request that the salon takes her off being an assistant and let her have her own booth!!! If I didn't live all the way in Texas she would be my go to every single time.
