I just happened upon Balance for Life and highly recommend it! They have such a personal touch and are highly motivating! Prior to Balance for Life I couldn't get myself to work out but now I go almost every day for small group classes. They have so much to offer. Stop by and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!
