I was astounded at how fast I was called in and taken care of. It was so nice not having to wait long to be called in.
I wish I had a copy of everything I signed advising all the problems that may occur.

My customer service and patient experience was excellent. Any and everything was explained to me in full detail. I was made to feel extremely comfortable ans relaxed.
Drs. Madani and Souri (and their staff) were extremely courteous, professional, and welcoming. They explained their diagnosis to me in simple terms, were willing to go over surgical alternatives, and discuss financial terms before the surgery. The doctors were also accommodating of my religious obligation to fast, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, I am very satisfied with the cost, appointment process/availability, and actual surgical experience. Highly recommend to others.
I greatly appreciated the dentist's honesty about my wisdom teeth. I felt that he had my personal interest at heart and not financial gain.
My experience at BIOS was excellent from front desk to my departure. The personell was courteous, caring,knowledgeble & informative. What impressed me most was how all personell was involved in the process moving as a team. It always helps to be attended to by a team predominantly of all gorgeous women. In particular the woman of whom assisted with my procedure whose name sounded kind of like "Selene" but began with a "Z" and ended with a "Y". She was comforting,cool,caring & absolutely gorgeous. What more can I say?
Everyone was extremely nice and Dr. Madani takes wonderful care of his patients
