Everyone was very professional. They were friendly, patience, well organize, & clean. I felt very comfortable on my visit & I will refer friends & family.

I was very nervous when I arrived to have a consultation about my wisdom teeth. The staff and doctor were very understanding and calmed my nerves by explaining everything and telling me exactly what to expect.
I went for extractions and after the explanation I had completely forgot everything the doctor told me to keep my mouth clean but I had some one the help me out with that. After the procedure I cryed because I was confused and unaware of where I was for a couple of minutes but the doctor's assistant told me it was ok and keep me calm for a little while. The doctor kept me laughing he is very nice and he made me very comfortable telling me that being nervous was ok and to jut keep calm.
MY CO-PAY SITUATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE I GOT TO THE CHAIR TO HAVE MY TEETH PULLED.

My experience at Bala was excellent. Needless to say, I was quite nervous about having a procedure done, but the entire staff made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. If the need arises again, I will certainly return to Bala. As far as for my experience at Bala -- don't change a thing!
I felt that all of the personnel were very professional and competent. I appreciated the care and efficiency displayed. Everything went very well and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care and followup for a new referral. Keep up the good work and work ethic.
Although we had confirmed the surgical appt, there was general confusion upon our arrival--why were we there? What time was the appt? This was disconcerting. The surgery itself went well.
