I am so very happy with the care that I receive at this office. The staff are very friendly and caring. It almost feels like a family atmosphere instead of a business atmosphere. Your staff strike just the right attitudes and professionalism to make me feel so very comfortable and comforted. I do not wish to go anywhere else for my dental care, but right there! Please keep giving the same great customer service to everyone the way you have cared for me.

I was very impressed with my first visit to BIOS. My treatment procedure was handled with great care by Dr. Madani and his personable, professional staff.
Both young women x-ray & help with extraction were wonderful and so comforting.

I was very happy with my treatment in the office. Everyone, from the Recepetionist right on through my x-ray technician, and tooth extraction, I was made to feel very much at ease. I'll be the first to admit that I am a "chicken" of a patient. I t was a very pleasent experience.
I felt very confident about both doctors and really liked who I primarily saw, though he was not who I made the appt. with. It would have been to have been told. The staff at the front desk were perfectly nice but not professional in a way I expect in a dental or medical office. A while after filling out & returning my forms, up I asked the person who had given them to me when I might be seen and she seemed somewhat surprised and then took me right back for x-rays. You guys did a great job. I haven't felt any pain since Wednesday. The numbness also went away fairly quickly. I am happy that the procedure went smoothly and that I have recovered so quckly. Thank you.
Have dionositc systems online and ready to go.i had to wait for a system reboot and bring the X-ray machine online
