I did have to wait and hour and 15 minutes, after I was told that I could come in for a cancelation slot. In spite of the wait, everyone did their best to make up for the inconvenience. I understood that there was an emergency.
Nothing really. The experience was good and the outcome great. I had relief of the pain my three teeth were causing me. Thank you all.
The one receptionist wasn't really friendly. I felt like she was very rude. The other to Caucasian ladies were great!! The one lady African American need to check her attitude when new patients enter. I was told to get a note and the note sloppy and she act like she didn't want to give it. The dr was great there!! I would go back their just because of the dr..please check her attitude. Receptionist should be pleasant. My son even ask when we were leaving why she was so mean. Overall I give this place a 10 minus 1 for her.
Woke up in the middle of my surgery! Nobody came in to tell me what happened after. Not that big of a deal. Still was curious to know why.
I felt like a VIP by all the staff members! Thanks to all!

Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful, from the receptionist in the waiting area to the technician who took X-rays, and, most certainly to Dr. Madani and to the other dentist who was in the examination room (I do not recall her name). Dr. Madani took time to talk and to explain. Everyone in the office was kind, caring, and considerate. I love that the staff seemed genuinely concerned for how I was feeling. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, I even laughed a few times despite the pain I was in! I have and will continue to recommend your office to friends and family!:
Dr. Souri is fantastic. He is kind, flexible, and efficient. I've seen him twice now and would choose him again and again (hopefully I won't have to!). I didn't experience any complications with any of the eight tooth extractions I had done by Dr. Souri.
