I took my 6 year old here for his first eye exam. From the time we arrived to the time we left every one was great! My son really liked Gabby. He said she was super nice and helpful with helping him pick out his glasses. Overall great place and people!

The service has been null and void. We were hoping from the view of the place that our glasses would be an easy experience. However, it's been over 2 weeks and still have not received our glasses. We're told they are in process. Fortunately for them our insurance already processed and they are paid in full but we are empty handed. Very sad. 4-19 Thank you for making it right��

He was our eye doctor back when there office is still in Target, we followed them when they moved to another place coz service is excellent there staff are so helpful and nice especially Miss/Mrs. Tabajonda
Everyone that helped me was awesome!! I felt like they really wanted me to find the perfect glasses that I loved. They were extremely patient and personable. The service levels were extraordinary. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else after going to Bakersfield Eye Care. They have set the bar high!!
Great service, great selection, great Dr.'s and staff!! Everyone is very warm and accommodating. I found this newly built office after our last eye doc retired. They honor your appointment time by not making you wait. They also warranty their products and replace them if there is a problem without any hassle. I couldn't ask for better eye care!!
