Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive.

No, I was always attended to Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Excellent medical staff. Top notch treatment during somewhat difficult procedures. However, staff (particularly biling clerks) need to check HMO requirements on a case by case basis before submitting claims. In my case, a skin sample was taken and lab work requested that was not yet approved by my insurance provider (Tricare) and as a result, the claim was rejected. I was subsequently billed for an unexpected $200+ creating a billing dispute that has yet to be resolved.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
