I was an emergency new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. They got me in right away and really made me feel comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very clean with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. When meeting Dr. Bhojani, I could tell he really loves what he does. It was my first visit at Distinctive Dental Care in Oswego and from arrival to departing the staff made me feel welcomed and as if I known them for years. It is a very clean office, the staff has great Customer Service skills and the Doctor explained the procedure to me step by step and made sure I was comfortable. The Dentist Assistant did a excellent job as well!
Had me in with pain and without pain in no time. It’s just that simple.
