From the moment I walked in, to when I left after my appointment, the staff and the Dr. were very pleasant and very courteous. The dental hygienist very knowledgeable and also very informative towards the procedure I was undergoing. I highly recommend them.
I was greeted by a friendly professional staff from the front desk through the entire process. All procedures were clearly explained and I was at ease throughout. The call the following day to see how I was doing was
I absolutely despise going to the dentist. I lost/broke a tooth, and couldn't put it off any longer. I have never been so well received, calmed, listened to, and had a quick and painless root canal done. I was amazed at how well I felt during and after. I couldn't be more appreciative for my dentist, and every member of his team. While, I will still always want to avoid dentists, I won't, and I'll know where to go to be taken care of so well. It was a great experience, considering I had an unexpected root canal. The staff, from the office staff, to the hygienist and Dr. B as well were all wonderful. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered. The environment was welcoming and relaxed but extremely professional. Thank you for your care!
Great service. I felt comfortable n understood
The receptionist was very f t iendky and prompt. She would call me to inform me of openings closer than my scheduled time, which was nice to get in sooner than later. After filling out some short paperwork, I only had to wait MAYBE 5 minutes until I was called in. I needed x-rays, and though it took some time to get all the x-rays done, they were able to show me every nook and cranny of my mouth. Extensive, but worth it. Everyone there was very friendly as well as competent. The receptionist had my paper work ready to go, insurance on file, clear benifits, above and beyond preparation pre appointment. My hygienist Nancy Mullen as well as the assistant Tony were very thorough with the X-rays, very happy and pleasant to be around. Nancy explained all the terminology when going over concerns for future dental care, giving a solid list of pros and cons to dental priorities now and future results if untreated.
