Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was asking for advise on who they recommended for an endocrinologist and was told that they won't "finish what another doctor started." HELLO, I started with Dr. Baker, but incompetence led to to seek someone else yet they won't even help me to find a Dr to see if I have CANCER!!!
