Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

My family has been with Dr baker for over 12 years. We are entirely happy with him and his practice. The staff are great. Nurse practitioner Karen Hickey is very competent and caring. He spends sufficient time to get to know you as a person. Excellent service. I trust this man with my life, literally. Always considerate. I will syay with him until I need a geriatrician !!
