I have never had such a problem with a doctors office. The entire office staff and medical assistants have been nothing but disrespectful to me and my mother. The office also relies on the medical assistants to convey a diagnosis. These ‘medical assistants’ have no medical knowledge what so ever, and do not have the capability to clarify any question I might have had. Nor do they offer to ask someone who would know. Been going to Dr Baker for many years for my Annual physical. He does a good job at going over medical issues and takes his time with you.Know many Acquaintances who all go to Dr Baker.

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
