Poorly managed. The owner don’t pay the bills of his suppliers, there is always a delay in per diem and salary. Uneducated management, brash people. No bonuses, no Christmas bonus, no appreciation for hard work they just give you more work.They send you out of state with a credit card that has no money in it and while you at work hotel management calls you and tells you that the company haven’t made a payment and they want you to leave because they can’t made a payment resulting to your personal belongings ends up in a trash... read more
