COVID may take MANY things from us... but it will NOT take our celebrations for Cinco De Mayo weekend, Baja Betty’s!! Thank you for making sure that, if nothing else, we can still celebrate with you WHILE SOCIAL DISTANCING and hiding in our “COVID Time-Out Corners!” MY NEARLY TWO POUND Carne Asada Burrito, and Frozen Mango Margarita was EXACTLY what this Pandemic needed in order for me to have JUST A LITTLE BIT more TOLERANCE for it at the moment.
