I use to love this restaurant but today my life was changed! I found a roach in my water glass. But all was made better when the waitress told me how bad my luck was with their service today.......the roach was still alive! Can't wait to share the pics.

There is nothing more important in the restaurant business than safety and cleanliness. I am sorry that your experience brought into question our integrity. My family n I went up there on 12/27/2014 n we had the worst service I had to get up n get our own silver ware after asking 3 different times. The food was over cooked. We go to Baird's a lot but I will no longer go to this location

Greasy chips, poor service, dirty tables, no silverware. . . The Bairs in Republic Mo is 10 times the restaurant than the one on South Campbell in Springfield.
My husband and I ate there for the first time last night but got it to go. We were really craving a good hamburger. We sere both so disappointed we could barely choke down half of our burgers! They were flavorless gray colored hunks of something that did not resemble real ground beef! They weren't even browned and the way the edges were formed it was clear to see there was something mixed in some type of filler that made the meat look and taste like cardboard!
