Before hiring Baird & Warner to manage your property, I strongly recommend reconsidering. They do not follow through with regular inspections as outlined in the agreements. Additionally, if you choose to transfer your property to another management company, they will send the owner a deposit check made payable to the tenant. If the tenant refuses to sign over the deposit to the property owner or new management, the deposit is essentially lost."
