We are generally happy with the services at this company. Our rental has been fairly non-dramatic and fuss free overall. However, I get the sense that my property manager has a large number of clients and does not always seem available or patient enough to address my concerns in a timely manner. Also, the fee is higher than our other property manager in another state.
