I really have enjoyed working with this property company. They have made renting out homes to great tenants so much easier. They take care maintenance requests aswell, they really do go that extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I look forward to working with Baird & Warner for many years to come. We are generally happy with the services at this company. Our rental has been fairly non-dramatic and fuss free overall. However, I get the sense that my property manager has a large number of clients and does not always seem available or patient enough to address my concerns in a timely manner. Also, the fee is higher than our other property manager in another state.
Katrina Property Management turned what was, for me, a new experience shared with my daughter into an absolute nightmare. There was a complete lack of communication, professional ethics, integrity, and respect. On top of that, they handed over a condo where the heaters weren't working, leaving us without hot water in the dead of winter for two full days (I actually had to rent a hotel room just so we could shower), and the front door had been forced open, so it wouldn't close properly.
