Went in to Bailey's Quick Lube last Saturday after work as a brand new customer and I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect. The staff at Bailey's were very friendly and assisted my car very efficiently. I really liked how the owner took the time to introduce himself, shake my hand, and tell me a little bit about his operation because you do not find this type of hospitality everywhere. I left with a good taste in my mouth and I will definitely be returning!
Bailey's is the nicest oil change place I have ever been to. They are professional, fast and so nice.

I've been taking my vehicles to Bailey's since moving to Rockford. I regularly stop in for oil changes, wiper replacement and have replaced my car battery too! Bailey's always provides great service with friendliness! I appreciate their great service and appreciate their community support as well! Bailey's sponsored Lakes Elementary's Move n Groove fundraiser without hesitation! Their willingness to support my son's school raise funds for school year needs reinforced my commitment to the company! Thank you Steve!
Hands Down THE BEST LOCAL place to get your oil Changed!!! So Impressed by their attention to detail & willingness to go above and beyond for me. They were Honest, NOT pushy, Knowledgeable, Kind, Respectful & I look forward to getting my oil changed now instead of dreading it!!! Thanks Guys!!!
