I was doing business with this Quick Lube location for 20+ years. That will no longer be the case! Several times in the past couple of years, I drove away not feeling good about the advice I received when getting an oil change for both of my vehicles. It’s not the advice I received it’s the delivery of the advice - very insulting - and mainly from one individual.....the owner. RecommendedAlways friendly, insightful what would be helpful for the car but not pushy, quick, professional, respectful. I get my little extras like key fob battery, car battery, air filter, windshield wipers and they are willing to order miscellaneous car needs.
I drive a TON for work, and need oil changes often. They are so friendly, so helpful and really look out for me. They make honest recommendations and are good sources of auto advice:) They are helping me keep my Ford Explorer in great shape. They are welcoming to my dogs too, and are surprised when I don't have a couple of them with me.

Super fast & efficient! The entire staff is very friendly and great at their jobs! And there is almost always a coupon so that's a plus 🙂 They never pester me about buying additional services either. I love Bailey's!
My college daughter went there to get free air in her tires & they let her know her transmission fluid was leaking. This is not the 1st time they have let my family know about issues they see...which they make NO profit from telling us about. Thank you to the entire team there for going above & beyond!!
