Best Jewelry Store, Hands Down! – Bailey's is great! First of all, they are very friendly and treat you like you are guest in their home. They offered us a drink and a cookie. Worst Customer Service Ever – Stay as far away as possible! This was the worst customer service I have experienced in the last 20 years. The staff was rude and unresponsive during a two month debacle of a repair process, and we could not be more unhappy. We were promised quick, responsive service in repairing our engagement ring. Steer Clear of the Bailey's Store in Rocky Mount – I took my fiancee's ring to Baileys in Rocky Mount to get properly sized. Everything seemed fine. They had a ton of customer service agents, no customers. That should have been a red flag. They had to send the ring out and it would take 2 weeks. Since this was supposedly a reputable jeweler, I agreed to have it sent out. They charged around $70 for the work. What came back was not indicative of the company's name nor reputation. Amazing customer service – Bailey's is a fantastic place. In the past I've visited other jewelry stores where I felt intimidated, or was made to feel not valued because I was not spending a lot of money. Bailey's treats everyone the same--wonderfully. They often repair watches and jewelry on the spot, and sometimes free of charge. You will be offered a coke and cookies while you wait, and they have beautiful things to look at. Nice place but not for the best deal – Overall, not a bad place. You can do better, though. I went there because the other reviews seemed pretty positive, but I get the feeling that none of the other reviewers were firm on getting the best deal in their own budget. Baileys is GREAT! – My finacee bought my engagement ring from Baileys and had a wonderful experience, the people took complete care of him and helped him pick out a absolutly gorgeous ring.
